Fixes Twitch reconnect, completes the web dashboard and IRL-safety follow-ups, and keeps release checks aligned with their source files.
🐝 Bug fixes
Follow-ups to 1.37 from live miner and dashboard use.
- Finishes the fix for a “re-authenticate your Twitch account” message arriving on every launch. 1.37 stopped Twitch’s token-check endpoint retiring a working login, but accounts whose stored refresh grant is refused outright took a different path and kept reporting a dead login while mining normally. A refused grant now retires only the refresh token, never the working access token.
- No token-refresh outcome retires an account on its own any more. Only a rejection from the Twitch API SwiftMiner actually mines with asks you to sign in again.
- Activity Log history no longer disappears within the hour. History is kept for each kind of activity separately, so routine mining chatter — about 99.9% of what a busy fleet logs — can no longer bury audit entries, warnings, or errors.
- Narrowing the Activity Log to a single filter now fills the list instead of returning a handful of rows.
- The web dashboard’s Completed Drops list no longer treats an unclaimed, 100%-watched campaign as completed. It now shows a campaign only after Twitch has actually claimed at least one reward, and it respects category-ID exclusions such as IRL and Special Events. The Mine IRL campaigns option now also excludes Special Events campaigns.
- Audits SwiftMiner’s campaign discovery, inventory, and game-directory persisted queries against the current TwitchDropsMiner upstream and keeps the scheduled compatibility monitor aligned with that review.
- Updates Sparkle to 2.9.5.
- Sparkle release validation and publishing now use ShipHook’s authored
docs/appcasts instead of stale generated website copies. - Reconnect Twitch now opens the browser authorization flow, refreshes the selected miner’s credentials, and resumes mining after approval.
🔢 Activity Log history size
Advanced settings gains a real control over how much history is kept.
- Choose 5,000, 20,000, 50,000, or 100,000 entries per kind of activity. Five miners produce roughly 65 entries a minute, so 5,000 is about 75 minutes of unfiltered history.
- The setting applies immediately rather than at the next launch, and growing it brings history already on disk back into view.
- This preference existed before but was stored and never read; it now does what it says.
🧭 Simpler dashboard overview
The web dashboard’s Operator Overview leads with the answer instead of a wall of counters.
- The heading now states the fleet’s condition in a sentence — “All 5 miners operational”, or how many need attention — in place of the Active Miners and Need Attention tiles.
- Removes the search box and the All / Active / Attention / Up to Date filter row, which took roughly a third of the first screen to describe the cards immediately below them.
