SwiftMiner 1.45.1
SwiftMiner 1.45.1 fixes adding another account, restores campaign details after a Twitch change, and can now keep a whole game series prioritised as new Drops titles arrive. Engine 4.43.
🐝 Accounts and campaign details fixed
- Adding a second account on this Mac no longer gets stuck at “Sign in above” after Twitch finishes logging in. SwiftMiner now checks the sign-in window directly instead of waiting for a notification some macOS versions never send. Reported by @Cryptic-Soldier in discussion #10.
- Invitations sent with Send It to Them no longer fail with “the data is missing” after the friend approves. SwiftMiner now accepts Twitch sign-in replies that leave out optional details. Reported by @Cryptic-Soldier in discussion #10.
- Campaign details load again. Twitch changed how it identifies the account behind a campaign-details request and began returning empty answers without an error. SwiftMiner now identifies the account the way Twitch expects, so drop lists, approved channels and link status come back.
- Those empty answers were never cached, so every refresh re-requested every campaign: about 545,000 requests in 21 hours on five idle accounts. Refreshes hit the cache again, bringing Twitch traffic, CPU use and cycle times back to normal. Any further empty answers are counted in the diagnostic report.
✨ Game-series wildcards
- Search for a series term such as NBA, FIFA, Madden, or Call of Duty in Game Rules and choose Add Wildcard to prioritise matching current and future Twitch categories.
- The rule uses the
sparklessymbol and shows the newest active matching Drops game, so it is always clear that it is a wildcard rather than a single title. - Every matching title follows your normal priority order and mining safeguards, including selected-only mode and account-link checks.
